1. Connect with a Realtor
Connecting with Realtor is the first step and the most beneficial to a home buyer because they have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the entire home buying process, from finding the right lender, the right home, to negotiating the best price and navigating the legal aspects of the transaction and making sure all legal requirements are met.
2. Meet your Lender
The lender will look at how much money you make, how much you owe, and how good you are at paying your bills to figure out how much they can lend you. They'll help you fill out some paperwork and choose the best kind of loan for you. Once you're approved for the loan, the lender will give the money to the person selling the house and you'll start making payments on the loan. Lenders are important because they can help you get the money you need to buy a home.
